Courses That Award: Level 5 Certificate
The Level 5 Certificate allows students to learn a wide range of skills, which are vocationally specific. Most of the subject matter on this programme will require a general theoretical understanding. With this certificate, students are enabled to work independently. The majority of certificate/module holders at Level 5 take up positions of employment. Those having received the award are also deemed to meet the minimum entry requirements for a range of higher education institutions/programmes. The Level 5 Certificate is awarded by QQI and is on the same NFQ level as the Leaving Cert programme.
