The UCD ENGAGE 2023 Accessible Science Grand Final will take place on Wednesday 19th of April at 5pm both as an in-person event in the Moore Auditorium UCD O’Brien Centre for Science and online via a live Zoom webinar.
The ENGAGE Seminars are an annual competition, hosted by the UCD School of Biomolecular and Biomedical Science in which late stage Ph.D. students are challenged to present their research to a public, non-specialist audience in a clear and effective way
The host for the event is Barry Fitzgerald, science communicator and broadcaster and founder of the YouTube Channel The Superhero Scientist.
Register below to join in person on Wednesday 19th April at 5pm in the Moore Auditorium, UCD O’Brien Centre for Science (If you are a secondary school teacher booking on behalf of your class please enter the number of tickets corresponding to the number of students and teachers attending. Maximum number of tickets per booking is 20 (multiple bookings possible).
There are also 4pm tours of the UCD O’Brien Centre for Science for teachers and students – email undergrad.sbbs@ucd.ie to register your interest for the tour and how many teachers and students will be attending.
