The Laboratory Apprenticeship team and TU Dublin have announced an upcoming Apprenticeship Information Day. The event will take place on 6th February 2020 from 2pm to 4pm in the Synergy Building in TU Dublin, Tallaght campus.

About Laboratory Apprenticeship Information Day
The aim of this event will be to link together some of the companies who are currently involved in the Laboratory Apprenticeship Programme as well as welcoming new companies who may want to take the opportunity to learn more about it. Existing companies will be sharing some feedback regarding their experience with the programme to date.

TU Dublin Apprenticeships
TU Dublin educate approximately one third of all the apprentice students in Ireland. While TU Dublin are significantly involved, in the educational aspect of apprenticeship, they do not administer the scheme and therefore you cannot apply directly to TU Dublin for an apprenticeship. If you are interested in taking up an apprenticeship you will need to find a suitable employer to take you on. You can find out more about how the apprenticeship works and the various types available at apprenticeship.ie. The Access to Apprenticeship Programme is being delivered by TU Dublin’s College of Engineering and Built Environment Access to Apprenticeship ATA aims to support the transition of young people (16-24 years old) from disadvantaged backgrounds into an apprenticeship scheme.
