Two New Courses Launched
- QQI Level 5 Hotel Guest Relations & Customer Service:
This course is designed to give students the necessary skills, confidence and knowledge to work efficiently in the expanding Hotel Industry. Learners will be trained in areas of Hotel Customer/Client Relations and Tourism. They will gain in depth knowledge in the key areas of how to deal with customer queries, handling customer complaints professionally and how to successfully complete a guest check in, in an efficient manner.
- QQI Level 5 Banking & Financial Services:
This Certificate in Banking and Financial Services is a one year course that offers learners a unique and competitive skillset. This allows learners to forge a successful career within the banking and financial services sector. This course has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland.
